Clients call us before they start on a project. We sit down together for an initial No Cost Consultation and work develop a Pro-Forma on objectives. Clients will be presented with an Evaluation of Financial Potential, this is a good plan that will take interest rates, property taxes, construction costs and incidentals into account. We prepare a conceptual drawing of a building solution for specific requirements. The Financial Plan , outlines how the developer will achieve maximum financial return, it relates the square foot building cost to the project's budget and intended use. A professionally prepared Marketing Package will provide a current assessment of the industry in terms of the trades and material suppliers. Clients working with budget and time restraints want strategies that anticipate and avoid delays or that prevent costly errors. In addition to sound management, what we offer is information and analysis relevant to decision-making.
